Meet The Teachers

Hi, my name is Trudi Perkins, I have been an early educator for many years and have enjoyed watching children explore, reach and grow. After eight years working in Reading and Math intervention with the Meridian School District, I have opened Little Kiddles, an in-home preschool learning environment for 3-5 year olds. My passion is working with children in reading and art and feel that all kindergarten readiness skills are best learned in a hands-on approach. All of our fun, learning units target skills needed for a good foundation for school. Developing a healthy, positive love for learning is our goal! I am happy to welcome Jana Barker who will be responsible for the curriculum for our 3 yr olds. Jana brings knowledge, experience and a wonderful attitude of working with young children. Jana has a BA in Early Childhood Education and 6 years of co-op preschool experience. This will be a great year!
